About Ania

Ania was born in communist Poland at the beginning of the 70s. Her childhood was all about learning how to deal with an overpowering system and manoeuvre through it. She started working when she was 16 continuing her full time education. After studies in Poland, she got accepted at London School of Economic and was awarded her 2nd MSc.

In her full time employment she travelled and moved across Europe for 13 years. She worked in business integration, Six Sigma, change management, where emerging economies became one of her specialities. In 2006 she settled in London. In the meantime she completed MBA and PhD at Rushmore University in the US (distance learning).

In 2005, living and working in Russia, Ania decided to climb the highest peak on every continent for herself and to raise funds for UNICEF. "I do it because only through pushing my comfort zone I can develop and grow as an individual and be able to add value to the world."

Ania has mentored and coached quite a number of people to go beyond what they thought was possible. She does public presentations and inspirational talks to raise aspirations and ability through sharing her mountaineering experiences.
